PENGARUH PERCEIVED SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA STUDI KASUS PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS BAKRIE, KELAS KARYAWAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan. Tiga dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu reputasi akademis, kontak personil, dan responsif dianalisis. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif di alam. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada ahasiswa kelas karyawan Universitas Bakrie, Jakarta. Menggunakan teknik proporsional stratified random sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden diperoleh.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan reputasi akademik, kontak personil, dan responsif emiliki pengaruh pada kepuasan mahasiswa. Disarankan bahwa manajemen leboh memperhatikan reputasi akademik, kontak personil, dan responsif. Ada juga kebutuhan untuk penelitian lebih untuk menjawab aspek kontak personil yang paling dominan.
