The organizing committee of the international conference on indigenous food research and development would like to welcome all participants to Bangkok and Food Innovation Asia Conference 2010 (FIAC2010). This international forum will take an opportunities for food scientists, technologists, engineers and industry managers and executives as well as government personal and students in fields of food science and technology to discuss and exchange knowledge and experiences on various aspects of indigenous food research and development.
