PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara Persero (PT PLN Persero) is an electricity supply company covering generation transmission and distribution implementation of Automatic Meter Reading system (AMR) is one manifestation of the efforts of PLN to improve w the accuracy of meter reading to the bill. This paper describer a web-based system model named FDRSLS for data management buying and selling of energy transactions and reporting measurement distribution substations, branching and incoming. The waterfall model is used as a role model in developing the web-based system As a result of developing, the system can be accessed online at the following adobes hop. //112.215.69.SO/amr_yanti_bekasi.
